Geoffrey Tittershill - funeral details

It is with sadness that the Club report the passing of Geoffrey Tittershill.

Geoff died yesterday, 25-3-2026 and our symapthies and condolences go to Trisha, Julian and Sandy and all Geoff's family and friends.

Geoff was a huge character during his time at the Club and was Chairman between 1990 and 2002 and made a life member in 2004. He was also a formidable middle order batsman in the 1st XI from the late'60's and throughout the 70's

Geoff was instrumental in building the volunteer aspect of the membership and led a team of people maintaining the ground and surrounds always ending the week with a few beers in the Cricketers.

Geoffrey's funeral will be at West Lancs Crematorium on the 20th April at 2.30 pm followed by a reception at Ormskirk Cricket Club.
