Lords - Travel arrangements

ECB National Club Championship Final at Lords - Saturday 20 September 2025

Plans are already being put in place to arrange travel for those who would like to support the team in what promises to be a memorable occasion for the Club, at the home of cricket.

A coach (or 2, dependant on uptake) is being organised to take supporters there and back in the day. The final takes place on the above date with an 11am start. The return cost - which is being subsidised by the Club - is £50 a head. Please contact Bill Rankin (wkrankin@btinternet.com) to book your seat as soon as possible.

The rough timings will be to leave the Club at around 5:30am and return after the game at around 7pm. However, we can confirm these times in due course.

Although we don't normally ask for a deposit, due to the price and expected demand, we are asking for a £25 deposit, per head. This is to be paid when you have booked your seat with Bill. (Account - 21531700; Sort Code 40-35-29. Please use your surname followed by "coach" as a reference.)

On the Sunday, the day after the final, the Club will be open to celebrate our success. We are inviting all members to join the (hopefully winning) team during the afternoon for a drink and some food, to top off what should be a special weekend. Again, further details of this will be shared nearer to the date.
