A great performance against Sefton Park by Ormskirk 3rd's team saw them lift the Mike Leddy trophy.
Some solid batting from Michael Lawreson, well supported by a strong knock from Cheungy and some late order runs from Ed Brown saw Ormskirk Post a challenging 177 off their 40 overs.
Consistent bowling from Ormskirk with Alex Barker being the pick with 3 for 36 off 7 saw Ormskirk bowl out Sefton with 29 runs still needed.
An excellent win for Jordan Budgen and his team, and with the league title in his sites its proving to be an excellent debut year as skipper.
